1. What payment options do I have?
Currently we only accept cashiers checks, money orders, and personal checks. (Personal checks must clear before items are shipped, cashiers checks and money orders shipped immediately).

2. How are your prices so cheap?
Since we are not a physical store, we do not have to pay for many of the overhead costs of a business such as rent and utilities. We also buy directly from the manufacturers at wholesale costs. So these savings are passed right on to you.

3. Why are you selling records on Ebay?
Since we only sell brand new records directly through our website, whenever we come across any pre-owned records, we have found that the best way to offer them to our customers at a good price is to auction them off through EBay.

4. What kind of quality are your pre-owned records in?
Since we don't like receiving damaged or scratched records, we know that our customers don't either. That is why we NEVER sell scratched records, and we treat every record that we receive with Gruv Glide� before it goes out to our customers.
